Ohio Tables and Chairs tries to make the ordering process as easy as possible for our customers. To help answer all your questions below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

 

Q: How do I make a reservation or get a quote?

 

A: If you would like to make a reservation, get a quote, or have any questions you can contact our office by phone, send us an email, or fill out the forum on our Contact Us page. When using email, or our forum we will email you back within the next business day with your quote and any questions answered. If you would like you can then place a reservation.

 

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve my rental?

 

A: Deposits are only required on some reservations. When you call or email us our staff will let you know if your rental requires a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Q: What if my rental needs to be delivered and picked up at specific time.

 

A: We normally like to deliver rentals a day before and pick up a day after your event to allow time for you to get ready. During busy times of the year we may have to deliver your rental up to two days before your event. If you require specific delivery or pickup times please let us know when reserving your order. We may or may not be able to accommodate your request, but will let you know at the time you place your reservation.

 

Q: Can I pick my table and chair rental up?

 

A: Yes, smaller table and chair rentals can be picked up from Ohio Tables and Chairs, located in the Grove City area. Our hours very for customer pick up based on what time of the year it is. Before you place your reservation we will be able to let you know what time rentals can be picked up and dropped off. Payment must be made at the time you pick your reservation up.

 

Q: Is there a minimum rental?

 

A: We do not have a minimum rental for customer pick up orders, or delivery orders.

 

Q: What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

 

A: If you notice in the picture below, our pole tents and frame tents are very different. To the left is our 30x60 pole tent set up in the Arena District. Pole Tents have ropes that come down from the side and extend about three feet from the tent. Their center poles also extend all the way to the ground. The right picture shows our frame tents. These tents have fewer side ropes and have suspended center poles at the peaks. Frame tents can also be set up on any hard surface.

Q: If I reserve a Frame Tent can it be set up on my patio, driveway or parking lot?

 

A: Yes, however these spaces must be clear of all obstacles when our crew arrives and the space must be large enough to accommodate the tent you are renting. A water hook up is also required to be within 100ft of the farthest corner where your tent rental will be placed. We are able to set up at further distances from the water hook up, however we must know the distance to your water source at the time you make your reservation.

 

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

 

A: Reservations cancelled within 14 to 7 days of your event will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee in addition to the deposit. Reservations cannelled within 7 days of your event will result in a 75% cancellation fee.
